CCS/CC2640: OAD FOR CUSTUM CC2640 Board

Hi all,

Am working on ON CHIP OAD with CC2640R2F launchpad and its working perfectly.Now am planing to implement OAD on our customized Board.is there any changes i have to made in CCS ??Can i use the same code file for customized board also?? please help me its urgent

Hi Stebin,

It depends on whether you are using the same HW configuration or not. Are you changing the package size? Or the RF configuration? Using a different crystal?

I would recommend going through the "Running on Custom Board" chapter in the User´s Guide: dev.ti.com/.../index.html

Will check that things. I have other doubt also can i run ONCHIP OAD in CC2640 board??

Hello,

Running on chip OAD on CC2640 is substantially size constrained therefore we recommend you use CC2640R2F. There is no issue with implementing on chip OAD on CC2640R2F on custom boards provided you followed the directions in the link that Fredrik provide above.
