CC2540: Packet Sniffer Software

Just bought the CC2540 USB Dongle to monitor BLE data between Android device and Microchip RN4020 using MLDP profile. Packet Sniffer software shows advertising data on Channel 25?

Second issue is data is only captured between these devices after multiple Connect and Disconnect sequences.

Hello Joe,

I recommend reviewing the TI Packet Sniffer guide on the TI BLE Wiki.
Note that it uses ADV channel 0x25, or 37, by default.

Thanks for the ADV channel info .....It should be channel 25. Still have the issue where the advertising data is always seen but after the connection is established only after multiple connects and disconnects the data transfer information is shown.
