CC2540: unable to create new project

Iam trying to create a new project which is based on simple peripheral project. i created new folder with my project name. i copied all source files from peripheral project to my folder. when iam trying to build the project, iam getting below error

[Su007]: Unable to open the command file "C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.2.2\Projects\ble\SmartLock\..\..\config\buildComponents.cfg"

Do you change anything else in the example folder? I make a copy of SimpleBLEPeripheral, rename folder name to SmartLock and it can be built without problem.

i added serialinterface.c file

If you only copy and rename the folder, do you see this issue?
