CCS/CC2640R2F: Simple_peripheral does not work when linking the library built with "PERIPHERAL_CFG+CENTRAL_CFG"

Hi Experts,

I modified build_config.opt file in "simple_peripheral_cc2640r2lp_stack_library" in "simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_50_00_58" as below.

/* BLE Host Build Configurations */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=PERIPHERAL_CFG */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=CENTRAL_CFG */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=BROADCASTER_CFG */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=OBSERVER_CFG */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=PERIPHERAL_CFG+OBSERVER_CFG */
/* -DHOST_CONFIG=CENTRAL_CFG+BROADCASTER_CFG */
-DHOST_CONFIG=PERIPHERAL_CFG+CENTRAL_CFG

Building above library then link it in simple_peripheral_cc2640r2lp_app but it does not work. Advertising and connecting to host works fine but GATT service cannot be got. I used LightBlue iOS for BLE host.

Could you please advice me what is wrong?

I suggest using the multi_role sample application which includes this Stack host build configuration.

Thank you for your reply.
The background for this inquiry is following, that we would like to estimate flash and RAM size when using SPP profile over peripheral role and GATT client over central role. These roles do not need to work simultaneously.
As far as looking at map files for multi_role and SPP_ble_server, I think it can fit within R2F 128KB flash.

Could you please confirm it?
