Linux/CC2564: HCI tester tool issue while loading bts file

We are using CC2564B based Panasonic PAN1326B module in our Linux based system. We are trying to resolve a timeout issue during operation by updating to the latest firmware given in the wiki page http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Downloads
We tried to download the wireless tools package to merge the two bts files initscripts-TIInit_6.7.16_bt_spec_4.1.bts and initscripts-TIInit_6.7.16_ble_add-on.bts using the HCITester utility.
We are getting a strange error while opening any BTS file. We tried to save the default script as a BTS and we are getting another error. Screenshots are attached for your reference.
We have tried the tool in Windows 10 as well as Windows XP. It's the same behavior. Could you help us get this issue resolved or share the latest BTS file for the same controller?
