Linux/CC2564MODN: HCITester :Failed to convert HCI-Script to BTS file

Hello

I have takes the TIIInit_6.7.16.bts file and modified it slightly in HCITester. I just commented out the three lines at the top where it sets the UART baudrate.

When I try to save the modified file I get a dialog box saying "Failed to convert HCI-Script to BTS file."

What does that mean? How can I fix that?

Have you made sure to load the Command Library via the appropriate .xml file?

Loading the XML file fixed it.

It is a pity the dialog box does not have a more useful message. Perhaps this is an opportunity for improvement...
