CC2650: RGZ Package, TX_RX pin missing, why?

Hi,

We are just laying out a PCB using CC2650F128RGZ.  We've used before the CC1310 and CC1350 devices in the RGZ package, therefore we have decided to use the CC2650 in the RGZ package also.

We note that the RX_TX (Optional bias pin for RF LNA) is missing on the RGZ package, but is present on the other package types (RHB and RSM).

My question is why is the RX_TX not available on the RGZ package, and do we need to be concerned about the biasing as we have done in other CC13x0 devices?
