CC2541: Flash programmer report: “CC2541 - ID0579: Error in HEX file verification”

My customer use Flash Programmer to program 20-30 piece CC2541F128.

1. It's successfully at 1st time programming by click "Erase, flash and verify" command.

2. Do 2nd programming with another hex, there are 2 piece device report “CC2541 - ID0579: Error in HEX file verification”

3. Do erase, then read out. We find it has many 0x00 rather than 0xFF in some address.

4. Programming by IAR, read out by Flash programmer, it still has many 0x00.

Do you use CC Debugger as programmer? Make sure that the connection between Programmer and your CC2541 is good.

Yes, it's CC debugger. Connection is fine after check it.

The left is right hex read out. The right is bad hex file which is all 0x00. The 0x00 starting address in below picture.

Debugger connection is OK. Otherwise, it should be always successful or failed. I have re-connected wire to troubleshoot connections.

Could you kindly explain why it appears so many 0x00 only on 2 pcs devices?
