CC2640R2F is the chip which is Bluetooth v5.0, do you have a module which is based on CC2640R2F from TI? I currently don't see any, but let me know if there is one in progress and when is the plan to release?

Currently, we do not have any plans for a TI CC2640R2F module. You can find available 3rd party modules for this device listed on the TI BLE wiki.
