Howdy,

I am currently trying to take my project zero which works perfectly on the cc2650 launchpad and move it to the cc2650MODA. we are using the cc2650MODA on our custom board matching the pin out of the booster pack. I have changed the pin configuration according to the changes stated in , but when I debug and run the program the MODA is not advertising.

I am using ccs version 6.2.

Do you use TI Arm Compiler v5.2.6 in CCS to build your code?

Yes I am. I was not able to run project zero unless I used v5.2.6.

I do the test on CCS7.3 and it works without problem. I attach my revise on project_zero.c, CC2650_LAUNCHXL.c and CC2650_LAUNCHXL.h in project_zero_app_cc2650moda.zip, and my built project_zero_app_cc2650launchxl.hex/project_zero_stack_cc2650.hex in project_zero_app_cc2650moda_hex_files.zip for your reference.

When the device is not advertising what state does the debugger show that it is in?

I will try this out today and see if I can solve the problem. I was, however, able to get the moda broadcasting by using the simple_peripheral project instead of project zero.

Sean2 It shows that it is running state as if the code was successfully loaded and is running. It does not throw any exception that I see.

So I got project zero to work on the MODA but it only broadcasts if i do these steps specifically:
1) I set the ‘stack’ as the active project and selected build all.
2) Selected the ‘app’ and selected build all.
3) Selected the ‘stack’ as the active project and selected debug.
4) Then selected the ‘app’ and hit debug and run
