RTOS/CC2650: to store data

i do not find any project by the name project zero . do i need to creat it . I am using 2.1.1 version of satck

ProjectZero is included in SimpleLink Academy 1.11. You can download it from software-dl.ti.com/.../overview.html

i am using iar but in the link discription is for ccs

I haven’t use IAR for BLE development for a while and I suggest you to try it with CCS to see if it works first.

can i use external flash to read and write data ?if so what is the user defined location address i can access

Yes, I think you can use external flash to do read and write data. I suppose EFL_USR_AREA_ADDR (defined in ext_flash_layout.h) is the user area.
