CCS/CC2650: Code on cc2650 does not start when external power supply is applied

If it works with debugger, I think it is mostly HW related.

Can you try to run your SW on CC2650 Launchpad? If there is not problem using Launchpad, then it's your custom HW has problem.

it dose run on launchpad in debugger mode only and not when external supply is applied to launchpad .

Are you running any OAD project? if yes, did you program BIM?

OAD is short of "Over the Air Download" which is for FW update through BLE and in this case your will need BIM which stands for "Boot Image Manager". The Boot Image Manager resides on the OAD target, and is responsible for loading new images after a download has completed. The BIM executes on a device reset and determines if a firmware update needs to be applied. If no update is being applied, then the BIM will transfer program execution to the main application image.

Those code are not based on TI RTOS and I suspect it can works correctly. Do you see LED blink as you wish on your custom board with CCS debug?

all programs run fine on lanchpad and custom board in debug mode.

As I know, TI recommended to use TI RTOS so I also suggest you to go with TI RTOS. However, if you can make you non-rtos program run on debug mode, I see no reason why it cannot run without debugging.

Can you try using out of box examples to test your custom HW and also launchpad to just verify there is no problem on your devices?
