CC2640R2F: Limit on the number of services and characteristics

Hello,

I am using CC2640R2F as a network processor and I am having issues adding more than 9 or 10 services with one or two characteristics each. The CC2640R2F just does not respond to adding more than that. Is this expected? Is this because of memory limitation or there is a setting that needs to be changed? I know that the CC2640R2F is very limited in size and that the stack takes up most of the memory.

Hi soufiane,

Looking at the simple network processor example, it looks like when you add services or characteristics, they are dynamically allocated. You are most likely running out of RAM, specifically heap space. You can use the heap manager metrics functionality to see how it increases with adding more services or characteristics.
