RTOS/CC2650: SimplePeripheral .cfg location

Part Number: CC2650
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2640

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Dear all,

I have apparently a simple doubt. I'm moving from an example without BLE to the SimplePeripheral project. To use

System_printf() and System_flush()

I had to make sure the following lines:

var SysMin = xdc.useModule('xdc.runtime.SysMin');
SysMin.bufSize = 128;
System.SupportProxy = SysMin;
System.extendedFormats = "%f %$S"

were set in the .cfg file. However, there doesn't appear to be a .cfg file for SimplePeripheral project. Where can I find it?

Best regards,

Jack

  • Hi Jack,

    Which SDK version are you on?
    In the project, go to the Tools folder and you'll see a app_ble.cfg file that imports a cc2640.cfg file that is used by other projects as well. The cc2640.cfg file path is seen in the import function call and is in: C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_02_25\src\common\cc26xx\kernel\cc2640\config\cc2640.cfg

    To reduce the possibility of changing the behavior of the other SDK projects, you should make a copy of this cfg file to make your modifications and change the file path to import that one in the app_ble.cfg file in the SimplePeripheral project.
