If you mean to know UART example, you can refer to UART echo example in dev.ti.com/.../

Please do not double-post. I will close this post, and it will be re-opened when you provide info regarding what sensor you want to communicate with. As far as I know, there are no pulse sensor on the Launchpad.

There are no such sensor on the Launchpad. If you want to connect a sensor to the LP and communicate with it over UART, you can do so, but we cannot provide example code for HW that we do not have.
What we do provide is example code for UART. This should hopefully be sufficient for you to make your own UART code to communicate with whatever sensor you decide to connect.
