I want to save data in RAM before power off. and after that, data will be back when power on. Can anyone give me recommendation?

I just see "ROM Reserved RAM" area, can I use it to save data before power off?

You can write the sections of RAM data to flash before the WDT reset and load it back on power up. Please look at NVS non-volatile storage driver example.

Thanks your response. but i have a question:
Is there any way to save data in RAM not flash? because write data in flash can affect lifetime's MCU flash?

Please note that data in RAM will not be retained after a reset.
