RTOS/LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: HWI Hardfault debugging

Hi TI support,

I'm developing on a Lauchpad board. The software is based on the simple peripheral project. I've also added some additional task and clocks for signal processing purposes. When I proceed to add my own FIFO implementation (based on the NVS driver), the MCU stops running and becomes stuck in the HWI Exception handler. Please see below for the screenshot of the HWI ROV view and the actual address location present in the PC when the fault happened.

I think I've posted a similar question pending admin approval but it's been sometimes. So please delete this as appropriate.

Hope some one could point me in the right direction to debug this fault.
