Dear Sir,

Can we put multiple BLE Profiles into one CC2640R2F ? And then select the profile we want to use later. Thank you.

I believe you can only have one GATT profile, but within that you can have multiple characteristics/services etc. If you want to update your profile at a later date, you could look into doing OAD (over the air download updates). You can review BLE 4.2 Core Spec Vol 3. Part G Section 2.6 for more information on GATT Profile Hierarchy.
