Hi All,

I'm using the board from factory, and getting this message when connecting the board:

I tried to change the firmware using the files on ccs_base\common\uscif\xds110 but it didnt help.

cant find any useful information about it on the troubleshooting.

Please advice.

For CC26x2 you have you use Uniflash.

I'm always getting this error but the bin file created, any reason for it? the bin file is good for use?

You get an error message on memory location 0x58000 which I believe is outside the flash. Could you check that the bin file has the correct size etc?

the BIN size is 360,272 bytes is it ok?

0x56000 = 360448

Which options do you use to generate the binary? Which IDE do you use?

The chip first programmed via JTAG using IAR.

Then with uniflash (as seen in the print screen) we want to export all the flash into a bin file.

then upload it to all of our devices using serial bootloader

(bootloader windows app also not working, see https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless_connectivity/zigbee_6lowpan_802-15-4_mac/f/158/t/687294

Not sure if I follow. You use Uniflash to read out the content of the flash, store this content and use this file for the bootloader?

Would it not be easier to let IAR generate a hex file?

Yes you are right, when generating an RAW binary using IAR the file can be programmed successfully.

Using the file from Uniflash with the error, the software is corrupted.
