Impedance spectroscopy

Hi,

I need to measure the impedance of some medical devices in our lab. I am looking at the DC-100KHz frequency range and 1KOhm-100MOhm impedance range.

I was wondering if there is any product you can suggest.

Hi Reza,

As far as I know, there is no product available at TI to measure impedance at the 100MOhm range.

I suggest the Keysight E4990A analyzer, or if you might need S Parameter measurements, the E5061B (with impedance analysis option).
