CC2640R2F: there is any default firmware from factory

Hi,

I have a customer which done a design with our CC2640R2F.

He wanted to know whether the devices come from TI production as a default firmware/SW,

in order to perform a quick test for proper soldering (and RF) in his production line or the devices comes empty.
