Dear Omniscient :

Does CC2640 have a SN code or something like that which i can use to identification the device? I know each CC2640 has MAC ,but it can be programmed or changed by Flash Programmer . I need an Unique Code for CC2640 which is Read-only.

If anyone knows ,please inform me .

Hi John,

You can use the primary MAC address for a guaranteed unique code for each device. The primary MAC address resides in FCFG, which is guaranteed to be device-specific and read-only.
