CC2640R2F: device trimming and gang programmer

Part Number: CC2640R2F

Some BLE devices require the board to be place in bed-of-nails fixture and its transmitter was trimmed whereby locations in memory were changed to affect a change in the device.  Is something like this required for this CC2640R2F device?  What do I need to know about device trimming here?

Also, what is the advice for production programming (is there a recommended gang programmer)?

Thank you in advance!
