we have used the FYFVR package in our new design. we have define the code to csx but the BL doesnt transmit/receive.

this is how we connected the the cc2640r2f.

do you have any 100% tested code that is ment to run on the FYFVR package that we can put on our chip and know for sure if this is HW or SW problem.

can you look over our design and tell us if you see something wrong with the design?

yes, this is exactly how we tested it - we can see the launchxl development kit but cant see our chip.

if you will send checked SW that was proven to work with FYFVR this will help us a lot.

Hello,
Can you connect with SmartRF Flash programmer 2?
If you cannot see your board with SmartRF Studio I would go through these guides and specifically check that JTAG is routed correctly and that the XTAL is operational:

thanks for fast answer.
I have checked the link you have sent the ardware seem to be 100% perfect everything that was written there was checked before this is why I am asking for SW that was defined to work with this Footprint.

the JTag is working perfectly we can burn any SW we want and activate all legs, the issue is tha only the BLE is not working we can not see it advertising.

do you have configured SW you can sent?

Have you use the PER test in SmartRFStudio successfully to test TX/RX?
If that fails it may be issues with your 24 MHz crystal.
have you followed the layout from the reference design as well?

I don't have a ready made test SW for CSX.

Hi
I will check the crystal. but when I connect a oscilloscope to the antenna I dont see any signal.
the values of the inductors are a bit different 15n instead of 18n but I think that if that was the problem only the range was smaller but I stil could see it transmitting isnt it?

You should follow the ref design, but my guess is that you should see a signal none the less. Have you tested on several boards?

I have tested the 24MHZ crystal and it seem that it is not working.
I cheacked the footpring and all sits good.
should the pins that are connected to the crystal be activated in the SW??

Please verify that your PCB layout follow the ref design.

I currently don't have a device to test on, but you can configure some board specific details in Studio. You can tune the 24 MHz Cap-arraw and even customize your board (customize button on the right). I advice you to first verify all connection on your PCB then maybe play around with some of the settings in studio.
