the custom board shows voltages at VDDR and VDDR_RF is approximately 1.9v (but in cc2640 hardware checkout it shows about 1.6v)
at DCOUPL pin it is approximately 1.9v (but in cc2640 hardware checkout it shows about 1.28v)
and also when connected the custom board with XDS110 jtag and while trying to verify through CCS it shows the below mentioned error
