CCS/CC2640R2F: OAD problem (OAD off-chip)

Hi !!!!!!!
I have difficulties with OAD.

The OAD off-chip example worked fine in CC2640R2F. However, my custom board with the same specification has a problem with the oad update. ( I used the CC2640R2F chip and the MX25R8035FM1IL0 flash )
OAD update test with sensor tag app, The app has completed successfully, but is not updated on the actual board.(my custom board)
The clock waveform is similar to the existing cc2640r2f board until downloading, but it shows difference in update part. Is there any documentation or workaround available?

Can you explain more in details about "The clock waveform is similar to the existing cc2640r2f board until downloading".
Have you verified that the external flash is operating correctly?

Maybe... external flash seems to work. I received a message from my iPhone sensor tag applicaion that the oad image transfer was successful .. and I checked Chip select pin. it look like available. However, despite the fact that the iPhone application has successfully completed image transfer, the program will not be updated on my custom board.
