Hi,

i tested my CC2640R2 Launchpad with SDK 1.50.00.58 Simpleperipheral_OAD_OFF project with the Simplelink Starter Application on IOS.

I could flash the device with no problem. My question is, is there a Sourcecode for the OAD on IOS and Android?

If not, is there a way to use simplelink starter application to flash custom firmware with OAD? I could only select the existing images on the app and there is no way to flash a custom app.

You can refer to github.com/.../OADKit which give you example for iOS OAD.

Hi Chen,

i now this link already, but is there any difference between the OAD from CC2640 and CC2640R2?
It looks like simplelink starter OAD has an enhance OAD. So there is no code from TI right?

Do you know if it is possible to upload a custom firmware to simplelink starter?
It was possible to upload a custom firmwar on the older App version for sensortag.

As I know, TI doesn't provide source code of simplelink starter APP for public download and it's not possible to upload a custom firmware to simplelink starter iOS app.
