CC2640R2F: Estimated cost of certification?

Hi,

We are considering the CC2640R2F for our next product.
Previously we've always used pre-certified modules where the CC2640R2F is not. 

I did read this article but it does not discuss cost outside those of the Bluetooth SIG. 

Is it possible to give an estimation on what the cost would be for certification in the US and the EU so we can make an informed decision?
