I'm new Design board for cc2540.

now it is blank cc2540 ,now need boot loader file and firmware at command .

for connection to board and send at command.

TI provides BLE examples in BLE Stack. You can download latest BLE Stack 1.4.2 from www.ti.com/.../ble-stack and revise the example to do your project accordingly.

but i'm not programmer.
just me hex file for upload cc2540 to send at command board and responsive .

we want connect to new board design by module serial and send at command terminal serial and responsive.(example module dbm01 website www.dorji.com)

now want hex file by smartRF flash programmer to upload cc2540.

Oops. TI doesn’t provide any AT command related FW for CC2540 and I cannot help too.
