Hi,

I measure my board's current, the average current is about 3uA which is conform to the Power Consumption Summary

When CC2640 enter standby mode and the XOSC_F doesn't working this time. But there is a high current about 1.2mA

every 500ms to 600ms. Is it normal? Do CC2640 will wake up itself every 500ms or 600ms, or there is something errors

on my boards?

I suppose that is recharge pulse which you can refer to information in www.ti.com/.../swra478c.pdf

Hi,
The pulse interval is 500ms to 600ms, and I didn't open the bluetooth. Did this interval is normal? The document do not give a fixed period for this recharge pulse. And I can't close this recharge pulse, right?

Even you don't open BLE connection, there is still recharge pulse and you can't close this recharge pulse.

Hi,

According to the document, the average current is below 1uA between these recharges, but I measured the current is about 3uA.

How to test the current below 1uA?

I don't know how to close the cache, the current is in standby mode with cache.

So how to test the current below 1uA?

Hi,

Between the recharges the current draw should just be a few nA. The average including recharge should be as indicated in the datasheet.

If you see higher draw than this I would suggest that you look at 1) other components on your board (eg on launchxl there is an external flash), or 2) the IO configuration, to verify that no pins are a) floating or b) sourcing or sinking through a resistor.
