RTOS: why there is a high current about 1.2mA every 500ms to 600ms when CC2640 enter standby mode?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2640

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hi,

I measure my board's current, the average current is about 3uA which is conform to the Power Consumption Summary

When CC2640 enter standby mode and the XOSC_F doesn't working this time. But there is a high current about 1.2mA

every 500ms to 600ms. Is it normal? Do CC2640 will wake up itself every 500ms or 600ms, or there is something errors

on my boards?

Bellow is my current diagram.

Thanks.

Best Regards.
