Hello,

A question was published and logs attached. But it was locked later. So I create a new one.

When we use CC2564C chip in our phone and it's paired with a bluetooth handset and a bluetooth headset at the same time(with HSP profile or HFP profile).

We found that during speech with one bluetooth device, the other will go into sniff mode. After about some minutes, the other is disconnected and reconnected again.

Disable sniff mode can sovle the problem, but it costs power too much. There is complain that before disable sniff mode, the headset's battery lasts about a week, after disable sniff, it can only last one day.
So it's quite urgent for us to solve the problem.
We have been told to disable sending HCI_Change_Connection_Packet_Type or enable AVPR, but the problem is still there.

Would you please help check the problem again?

    I got Note information from TI website for CC2564C service package download, we are using 115200, should it set to be 3000000? But why it's first declared "115.2Kbps UART baud rate"?

    Is it related to lost connection problem?

    NoteNote: For Linux Users: - The baud rate must be updated to 3000000 in the Main init script: “Send_HCI_VS_UPDATE_Uart_HCI_Baudrate 0xFF36, 115200 to 3000000. Also update Com_SetParams 3000000, 1 instead of Com_SetParams 115200.

    The service-pack release uses the baud rate of 115200, but the TI dual-mode Bluetooth stack for Linux requires baud rate of 3000000 for the sample applications to work out of box. Thus, the note regarding 3000000 baud rate for Linux.

    No it is not related to the issue you are seeing.

    We are looking into the BT firmware logs. Do you have the BT sniffer capture for both scenario as well?
