In the LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2 launch pad, the Pin #1 and Pin #3 of the 24MHz crystal do not connect to any by pass capacitors. However, in Launch pad CC2538-CC2592EM, the Pin #1 and Pin #3 of the 32M crystal are connected to two 12 pF capacitors. How about to connect Pin #1 and Pin #3 of the 24MHz crystal to two by-pass capacitors? If do, it would become better, or worse? Thanks!
