CC2640: CC2640 call GATT_WriteCharValue delay issue

4. How did you measure the 1 second delay?

No，Owner PCB
4. How did you measure the 1 second delay?

about 500ms-1000ms

4. How did you measure the 1 second delay?

Use CPU cycle measure
It will return 0x16 when delay 500ms
It will return 0x00 when delay above 1000ms
