I found this extension board over 32XX Wi-Fi launchpad, however, I was wondering if TI has such an extension for BLE launchpad.

No there is not. Can you tell us why you would need it? The CC26x2 LaunchPad's have EnergyTrace HDR on it, which you can use for doing power analysis.
