Yes you can use it in the host test application. And then you can implement a new command to communicate from your other device to the host test device.

I forgot to explain you that we want 128 bit random number so should i use Util_GetTRNG() function four times or i can change in code it self to get it 128 bit directly ?

Yes, I suppose if you collate the four return values it would work.

Alternatively you can use the TRNG driver directly.

Did you see the code snippets in the TRNG driver documentation?

The best practice would be to generate a seed with the TRNG_generateEntropy(), then implement a function to generate new numbers based on this seed. TRNG_generateEntropy() will spend around 5 ms per 64 bits generated, so it's not advised to call this API every time (except if you truly need cryptographically sound random numbers.)
