We would like to use the CC2564 module for a BT classic point to point connection.
We have figured out, that the image for our host MCU including the application + CC2564 Service Pack patch is getting too large.
The image is ~81kB, while the MCU has only 64kB.
Is it feasible, to reduce the size of the CC2564 Service Pack patch to ~12kB by taking out several functionalities which are not needed for the application?
They do not need:
- All the BLE related functionalities (they plan to use only BT classic)
- Maybe some BT classic features can be stripped off, as they plan only a point to point connection
- Other reductions can be discussed
So the key question is: Can the patch be reduced to 12kB by extracting features/functionalities which are not used?
