CC2640R2F: SCANNING not working with default Advertisement and OAD feature in TI SDK example

Hello,

Our Objective: To create project with Peripheral Role + Observer Role + OAD 

Our Project Configuration: 

  1. CC2640R2F Launchpad
  2. BLE 4.2 and Ble stack sdk simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_50_00_58
  3. Code composer studio version 8.0.0
  4. TI Compiler version 16.9.6

Brief Approach: Made modifications in SDK Example: (simple_peripheral_offchip_oad_stack) to support Scanning along with default Advertisement and OAD feature. P.S. It is in split configuration. 

Problem:  Scanning not working. Advertisement and OAD are working. 

Area of suspect: oad_offchip_stack, Reason: Our project in library configuration without OAD perform both advertisement and scanning.

It would be really helpful if someone from TI provide a solution to our problem as we have to ship our product by the end of August 2018 but are not able to move over this issue. Kindly guide us.
