CC2640R2F-Q1: Operation temperature below range

Part Number: CC2640R2F-Q1

End customer is in Russia where lowest temperature may reach -60℃ which is below the lowest operation temperature range of CC2640Q1 and also CC2541Q1.

Can you please suggest how to handle such use cases?

    Hi Barbara,

    Proper operation below -40 degC cannot be guaranteed as this is the lowest temperature the device has been qualified and characterized for. If a customer wants to operate at lower temperatures he has to do a thorough evaluation on how the chip will perform. The customer would anyway do this at his own risk.
