CC2640R2F-Q1: PSpice, IBIS simulation model of CC2640

We don't have IBIS models for the CC devices. What do you need a simulation model for?

it is an automotive customer's request, they want to do the board simulation.
is there any other customer did the simulation? what kind of model they will use?
or, any advise to my customer?

We don't have IBIS models or Pspice models for our RF chips. The question is if a simulation including the RF chip is actually needed since all the interfaces to the RF chip is low frequency (except for the RF pins).

even it is low speed, customer still want to do a board level simulation.
not only Signal integraty, but also power integraty.
example, if they just would like to simulate the current response when put a voltage on, what kind of model TI can provide?
