CC2541: BLE

What type of pairing are you performing? How is the pairing failing?

I am trying to pair it with my android mobile phone version 6.0.1 but i am getting message as pairing rejected by BT05

I don't know what you're referring to. Is that a pop-up on the Android device? Is that an event returned from the stack?

I would recommend checking the status of the GAP_AUTHENTICATION_COMPLETE_EVENT that is returned to gapRole_ProcessGAPMsg() in peripheral.c on your CC2541 project.

Also please post the parameters you are using for pairing.

Unfortunately that doesn't tell us much. I would recommend debugging the code as instructed in my previous post.

I have to use Read write parameters.
Also please tell me how to update firmware for CC2541 using HM10 breakout board.

What do you mean use Read write parameters?
I still recommend the following steps and don't see how to proceed without this information.

Regarding the HM10 board, I am not familiar with that but assuming it has UART / SPI, you should be able to update the software via serial boot loader: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../SerialBootLoader
