It is not clear what you are asking about. If you mean the RF impedance you should take a look here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC26xx_Optimal_Load_Impedance

Yes precisely the RF impedance how was the numbers arrived to? (40.+ j) How would I go about testing to achieve the numbers you have received.

We do the impedance matching through load- and source pull measurements.
