CC2650STK: Battery drain in hours

Part Number: CC2650STK

I ordered this part for use in a Precision Altimeter app sold by Radiant technologies, support@beliteaircraft.com.  It worked initially but the battery went down to 2.4 v in about three hours and the unit quit.  I replaced with a new CR2032 and had the same experience.  The app maker says he has never seen this behavior and said I should get a replacement.  I've spent a lot of time on the phone only to be directed to your website.  My ticket number is 1-456-1516236.  Thank you.  Russ Hustead, BSEE russ@skykingsoaring.com

    Power consumption of CC2650STK depends on the usage a lot. Can you elaborate on your BLE connection parameters and usage of sensor reading/reporting period? I also suggest you to measure power consumption when you use CC2650STK to better understand the situation.
