Hi,

I am going to port my BLE5 Peripheral Off-Chip OAD project to use BLE5-Stack 1.01.02. According to porting guide from SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK_2.20.00.49:

"Choose a BLE5-Stack 1.01.02 example project that contains your target project’s base functionality. Transfer all modified application files from BLE5-Stack 1.01.00 into the BLE5-Stack 1.01.02 example project."

SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK_2.20.00.49 doesn't contain example project simple_peripheral_oad_offchip for BLE5, only stack library project (simple_peripheral) exist.

Is it planned to add simple_peripheral_oad_offchip for BLE5? Are there any guide how to port BLE5 Peripheral Off-Chip OAD project to use BLE5-Stack 1.01.02?

    Hello,

    We do not have any OAD examples in the BLE5-stack for CC2640R2. This is due to limited available flash for OAD configurations.

    You can try to port the enhanced OAD profile form the BLE-Stack (3.x) to BLE5, but this will not be a trivial effort.

    We do not have a guide for this.
