RTOS/CC2650: Mid frequency of BLE advertising is offset in BLe stack 2.2.1

I was trying to look at the BLE advertisement on the Spectrum analyzer and noticed that the mid channel is at frequency 2424 MHz and not 2440Hhz . Is this expected with this Stack version ?
