Hello,

I am working on Zigbee IoT project and my friends are working on BLE IoT projects. After gateway, the process is the same. So we use the same BBB gateway and cc2650stk sensor. Last week I flashed cc2650stk with these hex files which I attached here. And my friends will need them to use for their project tomorrow. Do I need to flash cc2650stk for BLE as end device,sensortag IF YES where can I find the hex files to flash cc2650 for BLE?

Hi Nedim,

The CC2650STK source code, as well as BLE hex file, is included in the BLE Stack version 2.2.2 which you can download here: www.ti.com/ble-stack

Hello Fredrik,

It was under C:\ti\simplelink\ but I was looking for it under C:\Texas Instruments . So , I guess I found it. I guess the source code which I am looking for it is under the C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_02_25\examples\hex and the name is cc2650stk_sensortag_rel.hex ? Do you have any idea about that? Maybe my friends should know but they have very limited time and before they come tomorrow, I need to make the things ready for them.

Hi Nedim,

The SW that comes preloaded on the SensorTag from TI is cc2650stk_sensortag_rel.hex.

For the source code you should open the project in CCS.

Hi Fredrik,

I was thinking that I will flash it with Flash Programmer 2. Is not it possible with Flash Programmer 2 ?

The hex file can be flashed with Flash Programmer 2.
