hello ,

i am using os windows 7 and launchpad SimpleLink Wireless MCU cc2640f128 with Code Composer Studio Version: 8.1.0.00011 , ble_sdk_2_02_01_18, i have use TMS320-XDS100-V3+ emulater for omimax, , setup_simplelink_academy_01_11_00_0000

project zero import from setup_simplelink_academy_01_11_00_0000 cc2650 and modification for Project Zero to work on CC2640F128 on a custom board and i build and debug the project successfully .

I only connect power and GND, TMS, TCK , and RESET.

when download the cod in ic cc2640 module but BLE is not advertising mode.

When you build ProjectZero, do you use TI Arm Compiler v5.2.6?

Do you also download BLE Stack core into your CC2640 custom board?

yes , first download the BLE stack and than BLE app download .

regarding simple peripheral my problem is solve but i m using project zero , some board file issue is all ready there .

Can you elaborate what modification have you done to the project?

Does the out of box project zero work on your setup?

I replace CC2650_LAUNCHXL.c and CC2650_LAUNCHXL.h with CC2650DK_5XD.c and CC2650DK_5XD.h in ProjectZero and it still can build without problem. I suppose you change something in your applicaiton and cause this issue.

hello Christin ,

first import the project and then change target configuration cc2650 to cc2640 and second project --> right click --> property --> general --> changes in device and tool chain, and change board file .

ProjectZero should use TRNG so I suspect you revise something in ProjectZero to cause this issue and nothing to do with board file. Can you try this with a fresh new installation of Project?

To use CC2650DK_5XD board file, you can do the following steps:
1. Copy CC2650DK_5XD.c and CC2650DK_5XD.h into \workspace_v8\project_zero_app_cc2650launchxl\Board and replace "#include"CC2650_LAUNCHXL.h"" with "#include "CC2650DK_5XD.h"" in Board.h.
2. Add the following lines into CC2650DK_5XD.h.
#define Board_RLED IOID_2
#define Board_GLED IOID_3

/* Discrete inputs */
#define Board_BTN1 IOID_4
#define Board_BTN2 IOID_5

#include "CC2650_LAUNCHXL.h" not show in board.c file ,it's show #include "CC1350_LAUNCHXL.h".

If you use ProjectZero in SimpleLink Academy 1.11, you should see "#include"CC2650_LAUNCHXL.h"" not CC1350 in Board.h.

sorry by mistake add cc1350 board file. again new import project and as you say regarding board file changed but error can not be solve.

I am confused by your descriptions and erratic tests. I would suggest you to remove BLE Stack 2.2.1 and SimpleLink Academy 1.11. Reinstall them and test from scratch. If you still have problem, come back and ask again.

Can you try YiKai's suggestion. Reinstall all and make sure the correct files are included.
