CC2650MODA: Manufacturing wash process for CC2650MODA.

Part Number: CC2650MODA

For the CC2650MODA, I need to know the manufacturing wash process. Can this be a water wash or does it have to be a "no clean" process. No clean is substantially more expensive to manufacture. Please let me know.

    Hi Robert,

    Are you referring to the manufacturing wash process of CC2650MODA during assembly of the module, or do you refer to manufacturing/assembly of CC2650MODA onto a PCB along with multiple other components? If the latter my understanding is that distilled water would be pretty standard.
