Hi,

Is there any payload limitation to implement BLE mesh using CC2640R2F nodes?

it depends on your connection interval. If your connection interval is longer, then you can push 4 to 5 notifications in one connection. Then you can use data length extension, you can send up to 251 bytes application data in one notification.

Is there any mesh implemented by TI in any of the BLE5.0 devices where 251 bytes payload is achieved.

Our requirement is to transfer 100 bytes per connection.

We don't have BLE mesh implementation.

As stated, the feasibility depends on your connection interval. Please provide more information regarding the number of nodes and connection interval.
