Linux: CC2564C: Sniff mode make the performance of BT worse when in heavey interaction with 2.4GHZ WIFI?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2564C

Tool/software: Linux

Hello,

We uses CC2564C in our phones. Our BT hanset uses HFP MSBC to connect our phone.

We found when we called in heavy 2.4GHz WIFI interaction enviroment, there would be a lot of noise in the voice.

When we cut off the connection by power off the bluetooth handset and power on the BT handset to reconnect and make call, we can hear clearly untill we go 15m away there will be little noise.

After some minutes, when the handset goes into sniff mode and we call again, we can hear big noise when we are 7m away from the phone. We need to reconnect the handset to make the voice good again.

The voice connection becomes worse when BT handset goes into sniff mode with CC2564C.

Completely disable sniff mode will enhance the performance.

We tested with phone equipted with CC2564B, there is no such problem and the distance can be more than 15m.

Would you help check with the sniff mode of CC2564C and the difference from CC2564B? Would you tell what may cause such problem in the sniff mode?

Is there any enhancement for the sniff mode problem in CC2564C?

Regards
Gao Hong
