We are using BLE Scanner, but we are having difficulty maintaining the connection, sometimes they do not appear in the application to connect it, sometimes it appears but it does not connect, sometimes it connects, could it help us in what could be making this connection difficult?

Obs. Micro controller CC2540.

Before we can better assist you, can you answer the following questions?
1. Are you using custom HW?
2. If yes, can you post your schematics so that our HW experts can take a look at it. If your crystal is out of spec, then the frequency drift will be too big for the central device to get the correct time stamp.
3. Are you running custom SW? if yes, can you try running simpleBLEPeripheral to see the the problem still exists?
4. Can you provide sniffer log?

1 - HW contains only the typical application circuit, as in the component datasheet, only using the ADC ports P0_5 with a LDR and P0_2 with an LM35, as well as decoupling capacitors.

2 - I will send the schematic as soon as possible,

- crystal XTAL 1 - EPSON Q22FA12800025 CRYSTAL, FA-128, 32 MHZ, 8 PF,

- crystal XTAL 2 - AVX ST3215SB32768H5HPWAA Crystal, Tuning Fork, 32.768 kHz, SMD, 3.2mm x 1.5mm, 20 ppm, 12.5 pF, 20 ppm, ST3215SB Series

3 - We are using the IAR Embedded Workbench.

4 - I will provide as soon as possible as well.
